This game is based on the idea of the fun fridge magnet poetry tiles that can be used to create silly sentences, or beautiful imagery. It provides dance students the opportunity to create their own unique movement phrases, in a silly and non-pressure way! It also encourages the dancers to consider how adding emotional qualities to dance actions can add something different to choreography!
The students randomly choose a Character card, an Adverb card, an Action card, and a Place card. They then create a movement phrase, based on this silly, possibly nonsense, sentence!
