In this dance class obstacle course activity, your students can practice jumps, hops, and other locomotor tap movements while pretending to jump over puddles AND work on stationary tap steps too (splashing in the puddles!).
With a variety of set-ups, the dancers can cycle through many skills while staying engaged in the learning process. Mix and match each class, with course set-ups geared to 3-5 year olds as well as 5-7 year olds.
