Just print, make as many copies as you need, and cut out each separate backstage pass for your dancers. Laminate for greater durability!
If you have lanyards on hand, punch a hole and attach the lanyard to the pass. If you don't have a lanyard, you can punch a hole and use any type of ribbon to make a lanyard-type necklace.
